What is happening?

okay , im using quick bars for months now , and im using the camera feature to see my 3d printer camera from home assistant entity to tv , it worked but lately it stopped work, the quick bars app it just loading, in home assistant the same camera entity working great, i tried to delete and add again the camera entity to the app
i tried to use trouble shoot guide in your website still noting

and it stop working on both tv that quick bars install on

What steps did you try exactly in the troubleshooting? What were the results?
Have you tried changing to RTSP streams? MJPEG is not so reliable.

I'll clarify that nothing changed in the cameras logic since November 2025, so if it suddenly stopped working (after working for a while) - then something definitely changed on your end.

okay , i did successfully fix the problem with rtcp url , but before i just used the app "quick bar" with just the camera entity and its work on all my tv , i didnt changed noting mybe the bambu integration (3d printer integration) changed something , but i don't think so , because in home assistant the camera entity work great and in the app its just loading with no response. thank you for a fast response.
