Change defaults for texture coordinates

Set the default from "position" in geometry nodes, to "relative position".
Provides better visual cue that a change has happened as the default scale value of 5 doesn't show any change, plus scale values are finicky at lower values.

Relative position addresses this by giving more control over the scale values
