Add Falloff to Distance Mask and remove Min/Max #39

New Features:

Most of this is just a copying over of functionality from height mask.

Min Distance and Max Distance:
Able to set how close or far away the layer is to the set object.
Optional distinct falloff and randomize edge UI for min and max edges.

Ignore Heights:
Default True.
Don't take the height difference into account when calculating the distance.

Lock Noise:
Ensure the noise is the same shape when moving the object around

Fix issues with the active camera not working in the shader distance node.
