* Usage Rights: Upon purchase, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the landing page template (the "Template") for personal or commercial projects.

* Permitted Use: The Licensee may integrate the Template into their own or client projects.

Restrictions:

1. No Redistribution: The Licensee is prohibited from redistributing, selling, or sublicensing the Template, in either its original or modified form.

2. No Derivative Distribution: The Licensee cannot distribute or sell derivative works based on the Template, except as part of a final project.

Intellectual Property:

1. Ownership: The Template remains the property of the Licensor. The Licensee is granted only the usage rights specified in this Agreement.

Termination:
1. Breach of Terms: This license will automatically terminate if the Licensee fails to comply with any terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must stop using the Template and delete all copies.

Limitation of Liability:
1. No Warranty: The Template is provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
2. Liability Limitation: The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Template.
