shouldn't send notifications for own pubkey's events

I think there needs to be a way to configure this, maybe in some instances you want it but with our verification and so on...? Is there a way that such a filter can be set?

If you submit a note right now, you immediately get a notification.

Should we just set this as an opt-in thing on the filter and ignore own pubkey by default?

I think it's fine to exclude self, and I don't think it needs to be an optional thing. I guess with the JSON problems we'll probably switch to the TypeScript version at some point. I can't see that anybody needs a notification in response to their own posts, so I think we can safely ignore them.
