NPE when doing signOut without authorize first

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create adapter
2. Call .signOut(), without calling .authorize()
3. Get NPE

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Simply sign out of the provider
Seen: 'Attempt to invoke virtual method 'java.util.List 
org.brickred.socialauth.SocialAuthManager.getConnectedProvidersIds()' on a null 
object reference'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SocialAuth 4.8
SocialAuth-Android 3.2
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
The internal SocialAuthManager in an SocialAuthAdapter is new'ed in 
.authorize(), but is not checked for, or new'ed in .signOut().
