Instead of replacing the slot that is selected, it picks a different one

Lets say slot 5 is empty and i scroll-select a different thing on slot 6, it will appear in slot 5.

The selected slot will be chosen if the selected slot has no item or the selected slot doesn't have enchantment and there is no other empty slot. Fixing that requires a server-side mod

I think im having this issue too. Whenever I try to use slot swap, it puts the item into an empty slot on my hotbar instead of the slot i have selected.

It turns out, I wasn't paying attention to some code, it's possible to fix this issue (but it might trigger some anti-cheat as this is the same technique some utility clients use)

Perhaps a config could be put in place for it, with a warning about potentially triggering anticheat on vanilla servers.
