Shift + LMB doesn't work with GregTech Crate

Describe the Issue

Shift + LMB doesn't work with GregTech Crate.

Additionally, Space + LMB also work weird that when I put items back to the crate, it put some of them each time I click.

Inventory Essentials version: 8.2.7
GregTech version: 1.6.4
Modpack: TerraFirmaGreg-Modern (forgot which version, should be the 3rd latest one)

Inventory Essentials works by simulating clicks, if mods deviate from Vanilla code to the point where clicks are not handled correctly, they can't easily be supported.

I'm also having trouble loading the mod in my development environment so I can't investigate further at this time.

It sounds like this is a common issue with other inventory mods as well and that an update for GregTech is planned to resolve this in the future. Therefore closing on this side.
