Severity: Medium — Advertised CLI commands profile, wallet, console are no-ops
The CLI defines Profile, Wallet, and Console subcommands (with their own sub-actions) in parser.rs:67-85 and parser.rs:179-191, so they appear in txio --help. But the handler has no arms for them — they all fall into the catch-all:

Impact
txio profile list, txio wallet new, txio console, etc. parse successfully and print "Feature coming soon!" — users assume the feature is broken rather than unimplemented.
Fix
- Either implement the commands or hide them (remove from the enum / gate behind a feature flag) until they work, so
--help reflects reality.
