MoveBuilder and Playground pages are unreachable from navigation and non-functional mockups

Description

frontend/src/features/MoveBuilder.tsx and frontend/src/features/Playground.tsx are routed feature tabs (case 'move' / case 'playground' in frontend/src/app/workspace/page.tsx:62-65, and both are part of the FeatureId union in frontend/src/types/index.ts:29), but:

1. Unreachable: grep -rn "openTab(" frontend/src shows no call anywhere passes 'move' or 'playground' as the tab type — not in the Sidebar, CommandPalette, Dashboard's Quick Launch tiles, or any marketing-page CTA. There is no way for a user to open these tabs through the UI.
2. Non-functional even if opened: Both components are entirely hardcoded demo content with dead buttons.
   • MoveBuilder.tsx:78-82: "Save" and "Deploy to Devnet" buttons have no onClick; the "Contract Name" input is readOnly with a hardcoded value "AssetBridge"; the displayed contract (initialize_market, mint_collection_token) is static JSX, not derived from any real editor state.
   • Playground.tsx:53,56: "Execute Snippet" and refresh buttons have no onClick; the "Active Script" code block, TPS (297,102), and Gas Meter (0.00042) are hardcoded strings, not live data; the "Snippet Library" items have no click handlers to load them.

Suggested fix

Either finish and expose these features (add a nav entry point, wire Save/Deploy/Execute to real state and backend calls) or remove them from the FeatureId union and the workspace/page.tsx switch until ready, to avoid shipping dead code.

Reopening — half-fixed: reachability is fixed, fabricated results are not

Re-verified against latest main (commit cd6834e).

What's now fixed: reachability. frontend/src/features/Dashboard.tsx:206-207 now opens both MoveBuilder and Playground via Quick Actions with hotkeys (⌘M / ⌘G), and CommandPalette.tsx:63-64 also lists them.

What's still broken — the "non-functional mockup" half of this issue's own title:

• frontend/src/features/MoveBuilder.tsx:37-46 — handleDeploy has // TODO: Replace simulated deploy with real backend compilation and execution, then a setTimeout produces '0x' + Array.from({length:64}, ()=>Math.floor(Math.random()*16)...) — a fabricated 64-hex-char contract address/tx hash.
• frontend/src/features/Playground.tsx:33-43 — handleExecute has // TODO: Replace with real SDK execution or WebWorker sandbox, fabricates random TPS/gas numbers and a canned "[Success] Execution completed in 125ms" message regardless of the actual script content.

Users can now reach both pages more easily, which makes it more likely they'll hit "Deploy" and be shown what looks like a real on-chain contract address for a click that did nothing. Reopening since the core defect this issue was filed for is unresolved, not filing a duplicate.
