Maphighlight plugin Not working after updating to Angular V16 #13

Hello, This is Karthik. The last update for this plugin was four years ago. I am working on a project to update Angular V16 to the most recent version. This map highlight is broken.
My current "ng-maphilight" version is "^1.0.1",
When can we expect an update for Angular V16+?
