Add LICENSE file

I think it would be useful to add a LICENSE file for people who want to use the project.

I myself am working on a project template using mbed-cmake, so that would be useful ;)

Hmm, I suppose it'd have to be the same license as Mbed OS, because it contains some stuff from Mbed
