Check PROSPER Data Release format #1951
Description
Data Release 1 that has the PROSPER and SE updated values is about to go into Peer Review (next week).

We need to look at the data release format and let them know if any changes need to be made before they publish.
This is not a coding task but figured we should keep notes about the task.
