Add configuration option for basin non-simplification #1957
Description
Pete S. would like this for Florida. Not a high priority right now due to competing priorities.
Consider options for allowing certain states/regions to show non-simplified basins by default, even if they have >5000 vertices. There are a few options to consider:
- Resolution-dependent non/simplification
- Adding an option in the appConfig file to set certain states/regions to not show simplified basins
