This issue is opened to track the issues encountered when setting up THORR for CRITFC

Bugs:

• When timeseries panel first loads, it isn't fully expanded horizontally, does expand when tabs are switched

Localization:

• THORR icon link needs to be repointed to match structure on CRITFC website
• Update "i" information tab contents
• Figure out how to add CRITFC-CMOP logo to sidebar header

Regenerate ML using current version of libraries? Specify sklearn library version in conda manifest

Interface Bug: Not all reaches load to interface, which reaches load changes each time

Issue:
Full data is not being extracted from Google EarthEngine, e.g. Spokane_3 has only 23 values

Issue:
Getting 500 Internal Server Error for loadRivers.php and loadDams.php (and dams and river lines don't get plotted)
Initially thought this was related to the cross-site-scripting issue we solved for reachPlotData.php, but I tried applying that fix to these two fetch calls in utiliy-functions, (i.e. adding let u = new URL("php/reachPlotData.php",document.URL) ) and that doesn't seem to resolve the issue
Investigating further, the problem here is different. The queries constructed in these .php scripts refer to the Basin table, but no Basin table exists in our version of the THORR database, so there's a disagreement between the database setup process and these scripts.
