Problem

Users have to manually copy messages from email/SMS apps into the system to check them, which is slow and easy to forget when reading messages directly in a webmail client.

Proposed Solution

Build a lightweight browser extension (Chrome/Firefox) that integrates with webmail clients (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) to scan messages inline and display a spam/smishing/offensive flag directly in the inbox before the user opens the message.

Acceptance Criteria

• Extension scans visible message subject/preview/body in supported webmail clients
• Inline visual flag/badge shown next to flagged messages
• Uses the existing classification API/model as its backend
• User can manually trigger a re-scan or dismiss a flag
• No message content is stored beyond what's needed for classification
