It has been suggested that the use of F (Director) Positions in VATSSA should be restricted to rostered events to ensure the highest level of standard.
Director positions carry an additional skill requirement that is currently not fully understood or may not be completely addressed by the S3 Training Course.
We may as well consider proposing F Positions for a Tier Endorsement.
As such, there's an opportunity here to draft a Restricted Position Policy for the Division.
