[BUG] Add Settings/VoiceChannels.txt and ASR/version.txt to .gitignore

Describe the Bug
Whenever using ES directly with the sectorfiles, the Settings/VoiceChannels.txt files added by GNG in the install package and the version.txt file added by ES when loading ASR files, it tends to lead to accidental commits and needing to close ES whenever you want to checkout to another branch so you can delete the version.txt file

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
