[FEAT]: Restructuring Profiles from Common/Local to Position Based

This has been an some discussion, because currently the .prf structure for all sectors is based on Common vs Local Profile settings, but in reality the local configurations have only been implemented in FASA and HKNA. Across the majority of the division the local and the common profiles is more or less the same. As such, it would be more practical to change to a configuration where the .prf was based on positions rather (FACT Aerodrome, FACT APP, FACA Enroute etc.) than the Common vs Local Profile structure.

Describe the solution you'd like

A new structure based off of controller positions that can easily be replicated across sectors.

I believe Jono might already have made a structure, or is planning to do so.If not, it would probably be created by Miguel when he returns home. I have a demo of this file structure. I'm also happy to push this out if we want it, because I made it a while ago and I'd be very happy with this if we do it too.

@notbxno That looks good, to be clear the Aerodrome Profile would be both for TWR and GND positions while Radar applies to APP and CTR positions?

Aerodrome is for any DEL, GND and TWR

Radar is primarily for APP.

@notbxno How will top-down work with taxiing aircraft? The current implementation for HKNA and most other sectors is zoom-level based ground layouts while for FASA the ASRs are hot-swappable with keyboard shortcuts

I think the Enroute / CTR profiles will be just as it is currently. So the current local profile will just become the FASA Enroute profile. (With maybe an additional profile for both FACA and FAJA, maybe changing the ASR fast keys etc) In Nairobi, I think the current profile will just become the one for Enroute.

Each profile will have the option to toggle between the appropiate ASRS.
East London Radar can toggle between the GND view and Radar view by hitting F7, and this is automatically loaded into the profile.
