yarn is missing in setup/install-requirements.cmd

Hi,

I tried to build the VEAF-Demo-Mission, but the build failed because yarn was not installed on my system.
It is not installed by setup/install-requirements.cmd.
Please add it, because it is also available in Chocolatey.

I'm just at the beginning to try your stuff, but it is a great project.

Hi,
This is not the best point to start with the VEAF scripts.
I'd advise trying VEAF-mission-converter, it's well documented and up-to-date.
VEAF-Demo-Mission is more a mission that we use to test and show off the new features when we program them, not a demo intended for the general public.
Anyhow, I'll update the demo mission doc and build script.

And it leads me to the VEAF-Demo-Mission. Maybe to can change the page to lead the people to VEAF-mission-converter and it's documentation first.
