prepare.sh should checkout specific commit of pfind

'prepare.sh' script checks and checkout specific commit of ior/mdtest, but didn't check for pfind.
it should have all consistent ior/mdtest and pfind binary along with io500.sh script for each submissions (e.g. SC19, ISC20).
