I cannot access the Terminal UI (TUI)

Fixed in the OpenSwarm 1.0.1 RC line. Thanks for the report and the fallback message.

Evidence:

• OpenSwarm v1.0.1-rc.3 is published: https://github.com/VRSEN/OpenSwarm/releases/tag/v1.0.1-rc.3
• The release contains the custom TUI assets, including agentswarm-windows-x64.exe.
• A fresh npm install of @vrsen/openswarm@1.0.1-rc.3 downloaded the real custom TUI and openswarm --help starts with OpenSwarm, with no fallback to packaged AgentSwarm UI.

Closing as fixed for the missing custom TUI fallback path. If Windows still hangs on startup with 1.0.1-rc.3, please open a new issue with the latest terminal output and log path.

Great catch with the x64 binary, but I am running Windows on ARM64. The agentswarm-windows-x64.exe hangs indefinitely during the terminal emulation setup under Prism. Is there any chance to get an ARM64 build of the TUI assets (agentswarm-windows-arm64.exe)?

• The npm agentswarm-cli@1.4.39 package points Windows ARM64 installs at @vrsen/agentswarm-cli-windows-arm64@1.4.39 for win32/arm64.

Please try v1.0.1-rc.9 or newer. If Windows ARM64 still hangs there, reply with the latest terminal output and log path from that version and we can follow up from that fresh state.
