Add a proper Database

TO add Support for Vector Databases

Requirements

• Add Option to migrate data from Data.json to proper database
• Make the migration semless and add the option in Settings tab of the ui
• .env file to save user settings like which db to use
• Make an interface in code to use the proper, user selected db
• Also add a time field for Retrival baised on time

First lets add a simple to install database for accesablity
