Receiver layer not found in listing

Thanks for reporting this.

You should not need to restart QGIS to see the new receiver layer in the Shadow Flicker module.

After creating or loading the receiver point layer in QGIS, please go to the beginning of the Shadow Flicker module and click the Refresh button. This button reloads the current QGIS project layers and updates the receiver layer list without restarting QGIS.

I attach a screenshot showing where the Refresh button is located.

Suggested workflow:

1. Create or load the receiver point layer in QGIS.
2. Open the Shadow Flicker module.
3. Click Refresh at the beginning of the module.
4. Select the receiver layer from the receiver layer list.

I will also review the workflow to make this clearer in the interface/help text, and possibly add automatic refresh in a future version.
