Summary

worker-service environment configuration has not been audited for how secrets are loaded, logged, or exposed.

Requirements

• Review all secret-loading paths for accidental logging or exposure
• Move any inline secrets to the secrets manager
• Add a test asserting secrets never appear in log output
• Document findings and remediations in docs/decisions.md
