Automate test harness so that Ops team can create a workflow

So far tests have only been run locally through an IDE. Would be very helpful to know what are the steps that the IDE uses in the background so that the ops team could replicate and automate them.

Install docker in OS.
then run ./gradlew build test

That should be it

I've replaced previously vbitcoin -> btcsq where I noticed it was missing, but not sure if there's something else needing to be done on the test-side
