Miners using `address.workername` causing payout db corruption.

If miners use a worker name in the address.workername format it has been reported that it can cause issues with payouts and break the database. We should investigate and see about adding detection so that it will not accept it on the pool side.

I seen also regular address cause it but as I have no log address used is lost
my solution is to clean DB full and pay manual when that happen
