feat(frontend): Wire dashboard analytics to time-series and assets endpoints

Problem

Dashboard only uses /analytics/report.

Task

Migrate charts to dedicated endpoints.

Acceptance Criteria

• Revenue chart uses GET /analytics/time-series
• Asset breakdown uses GET /analytics/assets
• Date range triggers refetch
• Loading skeletons
• Error boundary with retry
• Responsive sizing
