Migrate viossadiskordserver.github.io pages

This includes:

• Server Rules
• FAQ / About Viossa
• About @Viossadjin and @Mellandjin
• The Big Four

Additional questions/changes to be made to these pages in the migration:

• Update Server Rules to match the current rules in the Discord server
• Update the design of the page The Big Four to hide translations behind a spoiler-like system in case the page was accidentally navigated to
• Add The Big Four for other Vilantic languages as well (Wodoch, Razhanu)
• Are any updates needed to the text on About @Viossadjin and @Mellandjin?
• Should any other information currently only on the Discord server be put on the website?
• i18n for all these pages
