Leaves not falling down, they're just disappearing

I just noticed that leaves are not falling down with the tree, they're just disappearing and only logs are falling down.

Here is my config:
DetectBlockBreak: all
BlockProcessingLimit: 150
FallingLeaves: true

CraftBukkit is no longer distributed, which was the reference implementation of Bukkit. Spigot now only distributes patches.
I believe those that are still doing Minecraft modding are moving to either Sponge (which is implemented on top of Forge) or glowstone (which is a cleanroom implementation of the Bukkit API but will support the Sponge API in the future)

The Bukkit community is completely fragmented right now, so when people ask "Does it work on Bukkit?" I'm not really sure how to answer.

Best option is finding another game - Minecraft really doesn't have the sort of community or backing it used to. Reign of Kings is similarly voxel-based and includes more realistic trees that fall over, and there's a few others that do this too.
