Hi Development Team!
Alberta is looking to create a package of NOMAD for enterprise installation on Windows for private computer use/download.
We are working with our IT folks to create this package so that docker/installation is enterprise vetted and easy to install for fire behaviour practitioners on their personal work laptops.
Purpose: Permission and software licensing limitations are causing issues for Alberta Wildfire to fully adopt NOMAD on personal work laptops.
Where: Alberta Government IT.
Outcome: The intent is to work with our IT folks for security and ease of download to create an enterprise package for download. This will hopefully alleviate any issues with windows installation and permission/security issues. This installation maybe be shared back to the development team, to aid any other agency that is having similar issues with security/permissions and windows for full NOMAD integration.
