Location parsing from IP

Long term goal

Integrate a lightweight geo-IP database or parsing rules within the Pyodide/browser environment. Needs to be entirely local.
Display locations next to IPs in the left panel? or a separate tab?

If location is inferred from an IP address, make sure proper caveats are communicated (this is probabilistic and sometimes wrong).

Flag likely VPN exit nodes ? (so ashburn or chicago does not cause alarm)
