Character issue 1st / 2nd click wierd behavior

[Serpensor]

1. Go to the character index page

2. Scroll down to the second instance of Oscar, then click on the image in the center (not one of the bars)
   RESULT 1. The page scrolls all the way back to the top of the page

3. Now scroll back down to the second instance of Oscar and click on the image in the center

4. Now it loads the detailed page for Oscar
