Update to latest Ship of Harkinian release

This version is based on Ship of Harkinian 9.0.2 and the latest release (as of time of this writing) is 9.2.3. Can we update the project to the latest release?

I had made some attempts myself by pulling in the latest release, but was not able to successfully build it.

And the second time it is opened it keeps crashing!!! And I did what was put on the qna but it did not work
