[Dev] Modernize dependencies and align with Pilot baseline

Context

Naturélle is outdated compared with Pilot and needs a technical baseline refresh before larger design and feature work.

Goal

Modernize Naturélle's dependencies and align the theme with the current Pilot/Weaverse Hydrogen baseline.

Scope

• Audit current dependencies and scripts
• Upgrade relevant Hydrogen/React Router/React/TypeScript/Tailwind/Weaverse SDK dependencies to the approved baseline
• Align package scripts and config with Pilot where appropriate
• Remove outdated/dead patterns if safe
• Update .env.example if required
• Keep behavior changes minimal unless necessary for compatibility

Acceptance criteria

• Dependencies are updated to the approved baseline.
• dev, build, typecheck, and lint or equivalent repo scripts pass.
• Weaverse SDK usage is aligned with current theme patterns.
• Any breaking changes or follow-up work are documented in the issue/PR.
• No real secrets are committed.

Verification

Run and report actual output for the repo's available checks, e.g. install, typecheck, lint, and build.

Dependencies

This task can start before final design is approved, but should avoid visual redesign work.
