Tardis door open during Dematerializing and Rematerializing

Issue description

This is hopefully quick fix small bug (if it even is a bug) but since it's probably not too hard hopefully to fix, I am just putting it here.

The Tardis door can be open while the Tardis is Dematerializing and Rematerializing, which can be seen from the outside. It looks quite weird to see the Tardis dematerializing with its door open. Not sure how it would work with immersive portals enabled (*maybe you could even enter the Tardis while it's materializing and dematerializing?). Again, very small thing and hopefully isn't too hard to fix. Thanks so much!

Steps to reproduce

1. Dematerialize (or Rematerialize)
2. Open the door
3. View from outside in person (not using shell view because it shows a different version of the Tardis which doesn't properly reflect the exterior)

This is Tardis refined 2.1.6, not 2.1.5. (There wasn't an option for it)
