Delete "Has stripped API URL" property

Property:Has stripped API URL exists to work around limitations of Semantic MediaWiki and doing fuzzy or regex matches.

Now that SemanticMediaWiki/SemanticMediaWiki#1282 exists we should be able to use this feature to deprecate this property.

Depends on jthingelstad/wiki-farm#7.
