annotation size / color / background

Description

In small resolutions (for example 800x600) the annotation is very big.
Would be nice to mock up the annotation for different use cases.

• Background on/off
• Annotation size (0-99)
• Custom text color enabled/disabled y:u:v
• custom background color enabled/disabled y:u:v
