Description
When I go into the Schedule Settings in the RPi Web Cam Interface front end (v6.6.26), it shows the correct local time under "Current" time on a PiZeroW2 Buster (Kernel 6.1) installation. (i.e. the current local time)
However on a different Pi4/Bookworm (Kernel 6.6) install, this is displayed incorrectly as GMT, ignoring the local time zone setting on the computer.
Steps to Reproduce
!. On a Bookworm machine with the full RasPyCam and RPiCamWebInterface installed, launch the RPi Web Cam Interface.
2. Click "Edit Schedule Settings".
3. Check the indicated "Current Time". It should show the local time, but it shows the GMT time on my test system.
4. This is odd since the same software works fine on Buster.
5. Because this time setting is wrong, the scheduler launches actions at the wrong time.
Expected Behavior
The current time is shown correctly on a Buster system, but incorrectly on a Bookworm install.
Additional Information (Optional)
Can others reproduce this?
Is this an incompatibility with php versions between the two systems?
Pi Model

Operating System
Raspberry Pi OS Bookworm (12.x)
