When you speak up a speech command, it will trigger a shortcut action. The Action could be interesting. For example if you're playing LOL (League of Legends), you could speak 'wow', and then the app could recognize the command , then it will send 'ctrl + F6' signal to the PC, then the game display a character expression. In short, you speak command, then trigger.
