Add 'state' change to Sign Up button

Add state changes to the sign up buttons so that the user has feedback on what the system is doing.

What if we load a spinner in the button on click. Whence the signup succeeds, the button disappears.

That's exactly what I had in mind.

1.) Disable input
2.) Add spinner
3.) (BONUS) Change text to "Getting Started" or something #ChaBoi-ish. e.g.
You're a badass, Signing Up, Creating Account, etc.
