Mounts and Volumes parameters in container list and inspect result

Figure out how to handle Mounts and Volumes parameters. It seems like Volumes parameter were replaced by Mounts in 1.20, and the Mounts parameter has more features. So maybe we should support mounts argument, and then generate Volumes for older API.
