Add user account standing history #59
Description
Summary
Log user account activity from the user and admins such as approvals, bans, email changes, etc.
Add support for admins to view a history of changes and account standing for a user from the administration menu. Exclude email address changes unless the server owner is viewing the log.
Purpose
Track user elevations and violations to help with moderation and keeping admins on the same page.
Keep the user informed about their account.
Transparency
Logging these events allows the user to receive account updates when they connect and be notified of moderator activity.
The user should also have access to their account standing history.
