Explore Performance Testing

Context

After reading the article PerformancePitfalls and the associated Issue brought up on github, I'd like to explore replicating this performance testing of IsIn and Contains using the performance metrics in C#; perhaps I could even extend the research or do some discovery.

Goal

Either replicate the testing locally for future performance testing or create a clone and fork of Richard's repository with the issue fix suggestion.
