RATS is a quick, user-friendly set of interactive tools that can be used to analyze various types of transcriptional sequencing data. RATS currently supports analysis for Bulk RNA-sequencing experiments, as well as single-cell RNA sequencing experiments. RATS spins together various established tools in the field to create a cohesive package for performing analysis of transcriptional sequencing data.
