@skim725 ran into an issue in which the subject somehow failed to record a single response, despite seeming to have the hang of the task in practice. We couldn't replicate this, but this feature could prevent such a situation in the future.
After every trial, check if the latest n trials (n defined in the config) have been responded to, or if the choice for each of them is 0.
