Documentation/website outdated

The documentation for the latest changes that have already been merged (specifically concerning the STACCube) isn't up to date. The documentation updates contained in the notebook [datacube.ipnyb](https://github.com/ZGIS/semantique/blob/main/demo/datacube.ipynb) aren't rendered on the [HTML page](https://zgis.github.io/semantique/_notebooks/datacube.html#The-STACCube-configuration).
