Problems when attempting installing on Windows, Apache2, PHP 7, using Cygwin

There are some problems detected:

1. the includes/config.php and includes/config-template.php are empty and there is no example to configure the database.
2. all scripts has the "\r\n" which is problematic in Windows/Cygwin.
3. I will like to load track files on-the-fly, without MySQL. Perhaps linking a bed file in the HTML or <script section>.
