SD card not detected in Hackberrypi CM5, regardless of which SD-Card I use

Dear Zitao,

No matter which SD -card I use, the one that was already inserted in the Hackberrypi CM5 when delivered or another one I configured with the raspberry pi imager, none is detected.

What can I do?

I took a picture of the error-notice on the external screen I connected via HDMI.
