ARCHITECTURE diagram includes python-scan client and LOD controller for large-repo responsiveness; README performance claims for split views / large repos.
Reality
src/ingest/python-scan.js throws STUB.- LOD controller unwired (ARCHITECTURE deferred list).
- Server scan exists separately as optional power layer — not the modular ingest adapter.
Intent of this issue
Track the gap so README/ARCHITECTURE do not re-drift into "fully supported." Not a near-term priority vs Phase B–D trunk.
Exit
Either implement adapters against renderer/ingest contracts, or keep explicit STUB status with no capability prose claiming them.
